Her subject matter touches on the fantastic as well as portraiture and interpretations of story and myth.<\/p>\n<p>Damia here is a creature of the city. It took me a few times through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renatajansen.co.uk\/gallery\/nomadites\/damia.asp\" target=\"_blank\">many images<\/a> Renata posted (as she does for most of her dolls &#8230; you really get a detailed view of each one on her website) to realize that she&#8217;s winged.
